October 12, 2023: Pendleton, OR 97801 The Ontario Tigers football team (Ontario, OR), was ripped 47-7 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Pendleton/Nixyaawii Community Buckaroos (Pendleton, OR)
The Buckaroos (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against La Grande (La Grande, OR). The Tigers come into the 4A Special District 5 challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, La Grande was ripped by Crook County (Prineville, OR), 21-0, in a league challenge.
The Tigers now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Madras for a 4A Special District 5 challenge on Friday, October 20. Ontario will meet a White Buffaloes team coming off a 56-0 league loss to Baker (Baker City, OR). The White Buffaloes record now stands at 1-6.
