High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC), 4-1 in a league challenge.

Next, the Bison confront the Dudley Panthers (Greensboro, NC) in a Mid-State 3A challenge, on Tuesday, October 17. High Point Central will attempt to better on its 8-7 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 4-3 league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC).

The Storm now have a 1-12 record. They take the field next when they host Rockingham County for a Mid-State 3A challenge on Tuesday, October 17.
