California High School Volleyball - Freedom over Antioch

October 12, 2023: Oakley, CA 94561

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA) and the visiting Antioch Panthers (Antioch, CA), saw Freedom's volleyball squad beat Antioch by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Freedom upgrades its record to 13-8 on the year. The Falcons host Heritage (Brentwood, CA) to play the Patriots in a Bay Valley bout on Tuesday, October 17. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 12-11. Heritage lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Woodcreek (Roseville, CA)

The Panthers now own a 1-18 record. They play next when they travel to Deer Valley for a Bay Valley bout on Tuesday, October 17. Antioch will play a Wolverines squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Liberty (Brentwood, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 15-14.
