California High School Volleyball - Roosevelt over Garfield
October 12, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90033 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Garfield Bulldogs (Los Angeles, CA), saw Roosevelt's volleyball squad beat Garfield by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 9-6 on the year. The Rough Riders host Bell (Bell, CA) to play the Eagles in a Eastern bout on Monday, October 16. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 22-6. Bell won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA)
The Bulldogs now own a 1-15 record.
