October 12, 2023: Manning, IA 51454 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Underwood Eagles (Underwood, IA) and the host IKM/Manning Wolves (Manning, IA), saw Underwood's volleyball squad beat IKM/Manning by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Underwood upgrades its record to 10-21 on the year. The Eagles travel to AHSTW (Avoca, IA) to play the Vikings in a Western Iowa bout on Monday, October 16. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 11-21. AHSTW lost 2-1 in their recent league bout against Missouri Valley (Missouri Valley, IA)
The Wolves now own a 4-21 record. They play next when they travel to Glidden-Ralston for a non-league bout on Monday, October 16. IKM/Manning will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 26-3.
