The Martin County volleyball team (Williamston, NC), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC)

The Pirates (20-3) will now prepare for their challenge against North East Carolina Prep (Tarboro, NC). The come into the Four Rivers 1A challenge with a 6-6 record. In their last challenge, North East Carolina Prep defeated Tarboro (Tarboro, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
