October 12, 2023: Eugene, OR 97401 In Thursday's league battle, the host Sheldon Irish volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the South Medford Panthers.
The Irish (20-9) will now prepare for their battle against Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR). The Cavemen come into the 6A Southwest battle with a 10-13 record. In their last battle, Grants Pass lost by Philomath (Philomath, OR), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Willamette Wolverines (Eugene, OR) in a 6A Southwest battle, on Tuesday, October 17. South Medford will attempt to advance on its 12-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the battle with a 0-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR).
