With the win, Taft improves its record to 33-7 on the season. The Toreadors travel to Burroughs (Burbank, CA) to encounter the Bears in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 12. The Bears go into the battle with a record of 13-10. Burroughs won 3-1 in their recent league battle against Glendale (Glendale, CA)
The Rams now own a 11-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakewood for a Moore battle on Tuesday, October 15. Millikan will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Long Beach Poly (Long Beach, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 11-17.
