The Palmview Lobos (La Joya, TX) volleyball knocked off the host Nixon Mustangs (Laredo, TX), 3-0 in Saturday's league bout.

The Lobos now possess a 19-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mission Veterans Memorial for a 5A Region IV District 30 game on Tuesday, October 15. Palmview will face a Patriots squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Rio Grande City (Rio Grande City, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 28-4.
