October 13, 2022: Catawba, NC 28609 The Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) football edged the visiting Newton-Conover Red Devils (Newton, NC), 43-42 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Trojans face the West Caldwell Warriors (Lenoir, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 20. Bandys will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record. The Warriors enter the bout with a 0-8 record after their 22-6 non-league loss to West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC).
The Red Devils (7-1) will now prepare for their bout against Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC). The Bears enter the non-league bout with a 1-6 record. In their last bout, Bunker Hill was nudged by Maiden (Maiden, NC), 40-18, in a non-league bout.
