October 20, 2022: Lenoir, NC 28645 In Thursday's league match, the visiting Bandys Trojans football squad scored a good 29-12 victory over the West Caldwell Warriors.
In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 27. Bandys will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 1-7 record after their 46-26 non-league loss to Newton-Conover (Newton, NC).
With the loss, West Caldwell moves to 0-9 on the season. The Warriors host East Burke (Connelly Springs, NC) to confront the Cavaliers in a non-league test on Thursday, October 27. The Cavaliers go into the test with a record of 2-6. East Burke lost 12-0 in their recent non-league test against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)
