The Pottsville Crimson Tide (Pottsville, PA) football routed the visiting Wilson Area Warriors (Easton, PA), 48-14 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Crimson Tide face the Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) in a Colonial-Schuylkill - Gold bout, on Friday, October 20. Pottsville will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 8-0 record after their 54-12 league win over Lehighton (Lehighton, PA).
