In Friday's league match, the host Salamanca Warriors football squad scored a close 14-7 victory over the Southwestern Trojans.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Portville/Cuba-Rushford/Hinsdale Central (Portville, NY) in a Section 6 C - South match, on Friday, October 20.
