The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Pahrump Valley Trojans (Pahrump, NV) and the visiting Canyon Springs Pioneers (North Las Vegas, NV), saw Pahrump Valley's volleyball squad nip Canyon Springs by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Pahrump Valley upgrades its record to 2-1 on the year. The Trojans travel to Amplus Academy (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Archers in a non-league bout on Friday, October 13. The Archers go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Amplus Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Pinecrest Academy Cadence (Henderson, NV)
