Illinois High School Volleyball - Belvidere North over Waubonsie Valley
October 13, 2023: Aurora, IL 60504 Belvidere North Blue Thunder (Belvidere, IL) backers left the game in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
The Blue Thunder now have a 25-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Barrington for a non-league test on Friday, October 13. Belvidere North will confront a Fillies/Broncos team coming off a 2-0 league win over Palatine (Palatine, IL). The Fillies/Broncos record now stands at 26-3.
The Warriors (14-16) will now prepare for their test against Naperville Central (Naperville, IL). The Redhawks enter the non-league test with a 14-14 record. In their last test, Naperville Central was knocked off by Mother McAuley (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
