October 13, 2025: Silver Spring, MD 20904 Springbrook Blue Devils (Silver Spring, MD) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD), 5-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Springbrook moves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD) to clash with the Coyotes in a non-league test on Friday, October 17. The Coyotes come into the test with a record of 4-3. Clarksburg won 4-3 in their recent non-league outing against Paint Branch (Burtonsville, MD)
Next up, the Wolverines confront the Blake Bengals (Silver Spring, MD) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, October 15. Watkins Mill will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Bengals go into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 3-2 league win over Wheaton (Silver Spring, MD).
