Charlotte Christian Knights (Charlotte, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Knights battle the Carmel Christian Cougars (Matthews, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, October 15. Charlotte Christian will attempt to advance on its 20-6 season record. The Cougars come into the match with a 6-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC).

With the loss, Covenant Day drops to 12-7 on the campaign.
