October 14, 2022: Burlington, VT The Burlington/South Burlington football team (Burlington, VT), was beaten 16-8 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Middlebury Tigers (Middlebury, VT)
The Tigers (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Burr & Burton (Manchester, VT). The Bulldogs come into the Division I challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Burr & Burton achieved victory over Mount Anthony (Bennington, VT), 10-7, in a non-league challenge.
The now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Essex for a Division I challenge on Friday, October 21. Burlington/South Burlington will meet a Hornets team coming off a 28-21 league loss to Champlain Valley Union (Hinesburg, VT). The Hornets record now stands at 4-3.
