Indiana High School Football - Decatur Central drops to Franklin Community

In Friday's league game, the Franklin Community Grizzly Cubs (Franklin, IN) football team knocked off the visiting Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN), by a final score of 21-13.

The Grizzly Cubs (7-2) will now prepare for their game against Terre Haute South Vigo (Terre Haute, IN). The Braves come into the non-league game with a 6-3 record. In their last game, Terre Haute South Vigo toppled Columbus North (Columbus, IN), 43-6, in a league game.

The Hawks now hold a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to McCutcheon for a non-league game on Friday, October 28. Decatur Central will play a Mavericks squad coming off a 37-0 league win over Marion (Marion, IN). The Mavericks record now stands at 3-6.
