New Mexico High School Soccer - Santa Fe trounced by Albuquerque
October 14, 2023: Albuquerque, NM 87102 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Albuquerque Bulldogs soccer squad scored a close 5-0 win over the Santa Fe Demons.
The Bulldogs now hold a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Sandia for a non-league test on Monday, October 16. Albuquerque will meet a Matadors squad coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Farmington (Farmington, NM). The Matadors record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Santa Fe drops to 2-7 on the season. The Demons travel to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to meet the Hilltoppers in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 24. The Hilltoppers come into the test with a record of 7-4. Los Alamos won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Aztec (Aztec, NM)
