The Canyon View Jaguars (Waddell, AZ) volleyball were winner over the visiting Ironwood Ridge Nighthawks (Tucson, AZ), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

With the win, Canyon View betters its record to 20-8 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Westview (Avondale, AZ) to face the Knights in a 5A - Desert West outing on Monday, October 16. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 4-16.

The Nighthawks now sport a 16-19 record. They play next when they travel to Valley Vista for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 14. Ironwood Ridge will face a Monsoon squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Cactus Shadows (Cave Creek, AZ). The Monsoon record now stands at 17-7.
