October 14, 2023: Galway, NY 12074 The Columbia Blue Devils (East Greenbush, NY) volleyball nudged the host Galway Golden Eagles (Galway, NY), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Columbia upgrades its record to 21-9 on the year. The Blue Devils travel to South Glens Falls (South Glens Falls, NY) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 14. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 18-9. South Glens Falls won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Scotia-Glenville (Scotia, NY)
The Golden Eagles now own a 15-13 record. They play next when they host Fonda-Fultonville for a Section 2 Western - Northern outing on Tuesday, October 17. Galway will face a Braves squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Albany (Albany, NY). The Braves record now stands at 10-2.
