October 14, 2023: Ottumwa, IA 52501 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Roosevelt Roughriders (Des Moines, IA) and the host Ottumwa Bulldogs (Ottumwa, IA), saw Roosevelt's volleyball squad nip Ottumwa by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 11-8 on the year. The Roughriders travel to Waukee (Waukee, IA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 19. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 12-19. Waukee lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Johnston (Johnston, IA)
