In Monday's non-league game, the Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) flag football team triumphed over the host Chaparral Firebirds (Scottsdale, AZ), by a tally of 39-0.

Next, the Pride meet the Notre Dame Prep Saints (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, October 16. Mountain Pointe will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Saints come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 35-7 non-league loss to Arizona College Prep (Chandler, AZ).

With the defeat, Chaparral drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Firebirds host Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ) to meet the Wolves in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 15.
