Maryland High School Football - Glenelg sneaks past Howard
October 14, 2024: Ellicott City, MD 21043 The Glenelg Gladiators football squad scored 15 points and limited the host Howard Lions to 14 in the Gladiators non-league triumph on Monday.
The Gladiators now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to River Hill for a non-league test on Monday, October 21. Glenelg will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 15-6 non-league loss to Marriotts Ridge (Marriottsville, MD). The Hawks record now stands at 3-3.
With the defeat, Howard moves to 6-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Reservoir (Fulton, MD) to play the 'Gators in a non-league battle on Monday, October 21. The 'Gators go into the battle with a record of 1-1.
