October 14, 2024: Durham, NC 27704 The Northern Durham Knights (Durham, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA), 2-0 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Knights now possess a 13-5 record. They play next when they host Riverside-Durham for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. Northern Durham will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 5-10.
With the loss, Halifax County drops to 7-7 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Martinsville (Martinsville, VA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 15. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Martinsville lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Dan River (Ringgold, VA)
