Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Dunmore nudges Lakeland
October 14, 2024: Jermyn, PA 18433 Fans at Monday's league battle between the Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA) and the host Lakeland Chiefs (Jermyn, PA), saw Dunmore's soccer squad hold off Lakeland by a score of 3-2.
The Bucks (15-1) will now prepare for their battle against North Pocono (Covington Township, PA). The Trojans enter the non-league battle with a 13-3 record.
Next up, the Chiefs confront the West Scranton Invaders (Scranton, PA) in a Lackawanna - Division II battle, on Wednesday, October 16. Lakeland will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Invaders enter the battle with a 11-3 record after their 5-3 league win over Western Wayne (Lake Ariel, PA).
