Missouri High School Softball - Washington bounces Liberty
October 14, 2024: Washington, MO 63090 The Washington Bluejays softball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Liberty Eagles to 2 in the Bluejays non-league win on Monday.
The Bluejays now sport a 20-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Francis Borgia for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 16. Washington will confront a Knights team coming off a 10-1 non-league win over St. Joseph's Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Knights record now stands at 13-11.
With the loss, Liberty moves to 10-13 on the season. The Eagles travel to Helias (Jefferson City, MO) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 17. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 19-6. Helias won 7-3 in their recent non-league battle against Camdenton (Camdenton, MO)
