Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA) supporters were in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball team top the visiting Huguenot Falcons (Richmond, VA), 3-1 in a non-league contest.

The Wildcats (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA). The Hawks enter the Capital contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Hanover was knocked off by Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA), 3-2, in a league contest.

Next, the Falcons battle the Powhatan Indians (Powhatan, VA) in a Dominion contest, on Tuesday, October 15. Huguenot will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 12-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Manchester (Midlothian, VA).
