Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Piedmont Classical Bobcats (Browns Summit, NC), 3-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Cornerstone Charter moves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC) to confront the Falcons in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A outing on Thursday, October 16. The Falcons enter the outing with a record of 8-4. Leadership Academy won 4-0 in their recent league outing against Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC)

Next up, the Bobcats confront the Bethany Community Wolves (Summerfield, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A outing, on Thursday, October 16.
