Brewer Witches (Brewer, ME) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Brewer improves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Witches travel to Hampden (Hampden, ME) to face the Broncos in a Class B test on Thursday, October 16. The Broncos go into the test with a record of 6-7. Hampden lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME)

The Trojans now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ellsworth for a Class C test on Friday, October 17. Mount Desert Island will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Hampden (Hampden, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 7-6.
