The Chester Volcanoes volleyball squad (Chester, CA), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting CORE Butte Lynx (Chico, CA)

With the victory, CORE Butte moves its record to 17-6 on the year. The Lynx travel to Redding Christian (Palo Cedro, CA) to encounter the Lions in a Five Star battle on Wednesday, October 22. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 19-8.

The Volcanoes now own a 17-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westwood for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 15. Chester will encounter a Lumberjacks squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Herlong (Herlong, CA). The Lumberjacks record now stands at 11-8.
