The Franklin Flyers volleyball squad (Franklin, NE), was edged 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Silver Lake Mustangs (Roseland, NE)

With the win, Silver Lake moves its record to 15-6 on the year. The Mustangs host Exeter-Milligan/Friend (Exeter, NE) to meet the Bobcats in a non-league contest on Tuesday, October 21. The Bobcats enter the contest with a record of 19-5. Exeter-Milligan/Friend won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE)
