October 15, 2024: Cottage Grove, OR 97424 The Marist Spartans topped the host Cottage Grove Lions volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.
Next up, the Spartans face the Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR) in a non-league game, on Thursday, October 17. Marist will attempt to advance on its 13-2 season record. The Irish go into the game with a 14-11 record after their 3-1 league win over South Medford (Medford, OR).
The Lions (9-7) will now prepare for their game against Marshfield (Coos Bay, OR). The Pirates go into the 4A Sky Em game with a 17-2 record. In their last game, Marshfield gained a win over North Bend (North Bend, OR), 3-1, in a league game.
