October 15, 2024: Howe, TX 75459 The Gunter Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Howe Bulldogs to 0 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now have a 25-10 record. They play next when they host S & S Consolidated for a 3A Region II District 11 outing on Friday, October 18. Gunter will play a Rams team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Blue Ridge (Blue Ridge, TX). The Rams record now stands at 15-21.
With the loss, Howe drops to 7-21 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Lindsay (Lindsay, TX) to play the Knights in a non-league outing on Friday, October 18. The Knights come into the outing with a record of 23-11. Lindsay won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Alvord (Alvord, TX)
