The Willow Lions prevailed the visiting McDonogh 35 Roneagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league game.

Next up, the Lions confront the East St. John Wildcats (Reserve, LA) in a Division II District 9 bout, on Monday, October 20. Willow will attempt to better on its 15-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 3-1 league win over Carver Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA).

With the loss, McDonogh 35 drops to 2-13 on the campaign. The Roneagles host St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA) to clash with the Saints in a non-league match on Thursday, October 16.
