October 16, 2021: Newport, NH 03773 Newport Tigers (Newport, NH) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Epping/Newmarket Devils (Epping, NH), 24-12 in a league test.
With the triumph, Newport improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Tigers host Mascoma (Canaan, NH) to battle the Royals in a Division IV test on Saturday, October 23. The Royals come into the test with a record of 3-3. Mascoma won 34-0 in their recent league test against Franklin (Franklin, NH)
With the loss, Epping/Newmarket drops to 4-1 on the campaign. The Devils host Newfound Regional (Bristol, NH) to battle the Bears in a Division IV test on Saturday, October 23. The Bears come into the test with a record of 1-4. Newfound Regional lost 50-6 in their recent league test against Somersworth (Somersworth, NH)
