October 16, 2023: Ashburn, VA 20147 The Virginia Academy Patriots smashed the visiting Chelsea Academy Knights soccer squad by a margin of 9-0 in Monday's league match.
The Patriots now sport a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Trinity Christian for a non-league match on Thursday, October 19. Virginia Academy will encounter a Gryphons squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Highland (Warrenton, VA). The Gryphons record now stands at 11-1.
With the loss, Chelsea Academy drops to 1-5 on the season.
