October 16, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70130 St. Mary's Academy Cougars (New Orleans, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host International Panthers (New Orleans, LA), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, St. Mary's Academy improves its record to 8-6 on the season. The Cougars host Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA) to face the Wolves in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 16. The Wolves go into the test with a record of 8-8. Livingston Collegiate Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA)
The Panthers now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cohen for a Division IV District 10 test on Thursday, October 17. International will face a Green Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. Katharine Drexel (New Orleans, LA). The Green Hornets record now stands at 2-9.
