The Andover Trojans tipped the host Valley Center Hornets volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 19-10 record. They play next when they host Southeast for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 18. Andover will clash with a Golden Buffalo team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Northwest (Wichita, KS). The Golden Buffalo record now stands at 12-18.

With the loss, Valley Center drops to 16-16 on the campaign.
