Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Blue Valley Southwest Timberwolves (Overland Park, KS) and the host De Soto Wildcats (De Soto, KS), observed Blue Valley Southwest's volleyball team top De Soto by a tally of 3-0.

The Timberwolves (28-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ottawa (Ottawa, KS). The Cyclones enter the non-league contest with a 12-20 record. In their last contest, Ottawa was defeated by Louisburg (Louisburg, KS), 2-0, in a non-league test.
