Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Hannan Wildcats (Ashton, WV), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Big Blacks (13-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Poca (Poca, WV). The The Dots come into the non-league challenge with a 30-5 record. In their last challenge, Poca beat Tyler (Sistersville, WV), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Wood County Christian Wildcat (Williamstown, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 17. Hannan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
