In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Kingston Cardinals volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Mayville Wildcats.

The Cardinals (8-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Dryden (Dryden, MI). The Cardinals come into the North Central Thumb challenge with a 1-17 record. In their last challenge, Dryden lost by Almont (Almont, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
