The McKean Highlanders held off the visiting Delcastle Technical Cougars football team by a count of 29-27 in Monday's league outing.

With the win, McKean upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Highlanders host Newark (Newark, DE) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a 2A District 1 outing on Friday, October 21.
