October 17, 2023: Midlothian, VA 23113 The Midlothian Trojans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host James River Midlothian Rapids to 1 in the Trojans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Trojans now have a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Dale for a non-league game on Monday, October 23. Midlothian will meet a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Matoaca (Chesterfield, VA). The Knights record now stands at 1-2.
The Rapids (0-7) will now prepare for their game against Godwin (Richmond, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 3-13 record. In their last game, Godwin was nudged by Freeman (Richmond, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
