October 17, 2023: Mora, NM 87732 In Tuesday's league contest, the McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM) volleyball squad knocked off the host Mora Rangers/Rangerettes (Mora, NM), by a margin of 3-1.
Next up, the Bobcats battle the Mesa Vista Trojans (Ojo Caliente, NM) in a 2A District 5 contest, on Wednesday, October 18. McCurdy will attempt to better on its 8-4 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 1-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Questa (Questa, NM).
With the loss, Mora drops to 3-10 on the campaign. The Rangers/rangerettes host Escalante (Tierra Amarilla, NM) to battle the Lobos in a 2A District 5 contest on Thursday, October 19. The Lobos come into the contest with a record of 9-7. Escalante won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Penasco (Penasco, NM)
