October 17, 2023: Patterson, LA 70392 St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Patterson Lumberjacks (Patterson, LA), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Comets clash with the South Lafourche Tarpons (Galliano, LA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, October 18. St. Charles Catholic will attempt to advance on its 7-13 season record. The Tarpons come into the match with a 16-17 record after their 3-0 league win over East St. John (Reserve, LA).
With the loss, Patterson drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to Donaldsonville (Donaldsonville, LA) to clash with the Tigers in a Division IV District 6 match on Thursday, October 19. The Tigers come into the match with a record of 0-8.
