October 17, 2024: Danville, CA 94526 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the California Grizzlies (San Ramon, CA) and the host Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA), witnessed California's football squad edge Monte Vista by a tally of 27-22.
The Grizzlies (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Matadors enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Miramonte was nudged by Acalanes (Lafayette, CA), 30-16, in a league contest.
