October 17, 2024: Lafayette, CA 94549 Acalanes Dons (Lafayette, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), 2-1 in a league test.
With the win, Acalanes improves its record to 6-5 on the season. The Dons travel to Miramonte (Orinda, CA) to encounter the Matadors in a test on Tuesday, October 22. The Matadors go into the test with a record of 1-7. Miramonte lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Campolindo (Moraga, CA)
The Knights now own a 19-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Campolindo for a test on Tuesday, October 22. Las Lomas will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Miramonte (Orinda, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 20-5.
