Missouri High School Softball - King City bounces DeKalb
October 17, 2024: King City, MO 64463 The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the King City Wildkats (King City, MO) and the visiting DeKalb Tigers (DeKalb, MO), observed King City's softball team notch a victory over DeKalb by a final score of 13-3.
The Wildkats (7-11) will now prepare for their bout against Stanberry (Stanberry, MO). The Bulldogs go into the Class 1 District 16 bout with a 9-16 record. In their last bout, Stanberry gained a win over Maysville (Maysville, MO), 13-3, in a non-league bout.
